Sea Ray's #1 Sales and Service CSI Awards for 2007
Sail & Ski Center has been presented with Sea Ray's Top Sales and Service CSI Awards for 2007. Each year, Sea Ray's CSI Awards Program recognizes those dealers that actively pursue continuous improvement by measuring customer satisfaction with their Sea Ray boat owners. Sail & Ski was formally acknowledged as the top dealer during the Sea Ray International Dealer Meeting in Knoxville, Tenn. on July 17, 2007. With 10 points representing the maximum possible score, Sail & Ski earned the two awards by attaining the highest scores in the nation with a 9.89 sales CSI score and 9.93 in customer service CSI. These exceptionally high scores were the result of satisfaction survey responses by Sail & Ski's customers who purchased a new boat and engine during the period between April 2006 and March 2007.

MRAA/NMMA Marine Industry Certified Dealer
The Sail & Ski Center is proud to display the MRAA/NMMA Certified Dealership logo. This designation is given only to those dealers that have met or exceeded industry standards which help consumers identify dealers that are focused on delivering an excellent boating experience. The program describes a set of criteria that addresses the quality of the sales experience, service, parts, follow-up after sale, facilities, as well as customer and employee satisfaction. It also means that we adhere to a "Consumer Bill of Rights," which is posted in our dealership. This document let's you know what to expect, and how you should be treated. Mercury Marine Service Customer Satisfaction Award
As part of Mercury Marine's commitment to ensuring the highest level of customer service in the marine industry, the company measures the satisfaction of consumers after having service work performed on their Mercury outboard or MerCruiser Sterndrive products. Recipients of this award displayed their ongoing commitment to providing exemplary customer service. The results of the award were based on the responses of customers who had work performed at an authorized Mercury dealership during the past year for products under warranty. The CSI score for each dealership is kept and monitored by Mercury Marine. After warranty work has been completed, Mercury sends out a Service CSI survey to the consumer, asking him or her to rate the service received. Consumers are asked to rate their overall service satisfaction with the dealer, rate their satisfaction with the Service Advisor at the dealer, and also indicate if they would re-visit the dealer again in the future. Tracking Service CSI scores is a way Mercury evaluates the effectiveness of its individual dealers and of its own policies and training programs. Dealerships that score high in Mercury's Service CSI surveys are recognized through the awards program.
There were only 67 dealers nationally to win this prestigious award. The Sail & Ski Center is one of only two dealers in Texas and the only dealer in the Central Texas and San Antonio area to receive this award.
